  • Aveo is BRC Approved 
  • Aveo is EU853 Approved – Plant number IE4053EC
  • It is the policy of Aveo to provide safe and legal food products that meet our customer requirements
  • We ensure that the following are met:
    • I.S. 22000:2005 that specifies requirements for a food safety management system, together with BRC Global Standard for Food Safety (Issue 7).
    • I.S.343:2007 "Food Safety Management incorporating HACCP" set by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI).
  • We operate a documented Food Safety and Quality Management system, which consists of a HACCP Plan and supporting Good Manufacturing Management procedures.
  • Our Food Safety HACCP Co-ordinator has the authority and responsibility to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met.


  • Supplier Traceability: To trace all products/ingredients back to its source i.e. back to our suppliers.
  • Process Traceability: To trace the movement of all foodstuffs throughout our operation and clearly identify all foods/equipment that may have come in to contact with all foodstuffs.
  • Customer Traceability: We record where all products are dispatched to after leaving our control/premises, i.e. to which one of our customers.
  • We implement a traceability system that complies with Guidance Note No. 10 'Product Recall and Traceability' by the FSAI (Food Safety Authority of Ireland).
